I really like the shoes. They look nice on me and would be comfortable if they fit me correctly. They felt ok at first but then I realized that my ankles kept slipping out even though I ordered a size smaller (I returned my regular size). I got busy and forgot to send them back and the 30 days went by. I gave a 5 star because Dreampairs still helped me -they let me keep the shoes and gave me a 30 % refund. I put 3 heel cushions in each shoe and they feel better.

Savannah was very helpful with my experience. I got a size 8 in their shoes but unfortunately it was a little too big. I started a return and Savannah got back with me very quickly! She created my shipping label and I will be sending it off on Monday.

Ordering was simple. Delivery was quick. Return was handled professionally. Products are well made. Will definitely order again!

Absolutely love this brand! They have all the styles of a lux brand, but are much more affordable. I also had an issue with a pair that I recieved and the customer service was amazing. If you haven't already tried them out, definitely do!
