Customer service response and support were great

Great customer service
Great customer service! A pair of espadrilles started to fray after one wearing and they immediately replaced them!! Will buy from them again.

Communicative, Trustworthy
I have always loved Dream Pairs! I was delivered an Amazon order that did not include the correct item. I reached out to Dream Pairs and they offered me multiple options in a timely matter. They were super helpful and communicative and processed my refund right away! Truly, in an age where customer service is dying, Dream Pairs is providing a great service to its customers. Excellent experience
My son had 3 pair of Dreampairs in the past and he was happy with them . The last pair we had some issues when it was raining, the pair was inside the warranty window . I contacted costumer service and got a replacement from them . Excellent service! The team was fast, professional, and very respectful. They helped me solve my issue right away. Highly recommend!"
