Great brand
I loved my first pair of boots I purchased from Amazon. I purchased another pair of flats and received the wrong ones. Their customer service team replied promptly and told me I could either receive a refund or replacement while keeping the original shoes (which were cute!) will definitely keep purchasing from this brand.

Amazing quality and service

I ordered a couple pairs of boots…
I ordered a couple pairs of boots through Amazon and one pair showed up with a defective zipper on the left boot. I reached out to customer service and provided the information requested. My email was handled almost immediately and replacement boots are being sent. It was an amazing experience and incredibly helpful and responsive. I will definitely be buying from Dreampairs again.

I only received one shoe in my package
I only received one shoe in my package. Dreampairs customer service was great, super-efficient, and had the claim remedied in less than 2 days. I was thankful for the great response time and willingness to help.

Very attractive sandals
Very attractive sandals, but with a defect. Contacted customer support and they responded right away. They said they would replace the sandals at no cost to me. I did not have to return the sandals with the defect. Customer service couldn’t be better.
