I bought a pair of dress shoes
I bought a pair of dress shoes. The shoes shipped from Amazon. When they arrived the box was damaged and the shoes were worn on the bottom. They were shipped from Amazon. Upon calling dream pairs customer service they were very nice and quickly walked through the return process. They sent me an email and I sent them pictures of the shoes and damaged box. Their response was prompt. Because the customer service was amazing I am likely to refer this company to friends and I will purchase from them again in the future.

I love the dream pair brand
I love the dream pair brand. I buy many shoes from them! Unfortunately a stair wedge sandal we purchased snapped a band after a week of wearing them, but customer service was great to work with. They replaced it for us!

Great customer service
My initial pair of sandals broke within the warranty period. I reached out to customer service who sent a new replacement pair. They responded quickly, were very understanding and courteous, and handled the issue. Hoping the first pair I received were just faulty, otherwise amazing customer service!

Dream Pairs has gone down hill so bad
Dream pair has gone down hill so bad. I ordered from them many years and everything was great. I just made a recent order and they are using Amazon now to deliver their products? Wow 😮 another concern was that one pair of my shoes did not come in a shoe box but they were in plastic as if I ordered shoes from Temu or SHEIN. This was more than likely my last purchase. I’m not sure if they are doing bad or just being cheap. Regardless, their shoes are not cheap and shouldn’t be treated as such. Update: Dream Pairs has reached out to me and effectively addressed the concern that I previously expressed. Consequently, I will be revising my review score accordingly.

The shoes were super cute and arrived…
The shoes were super cute and arrived quickly. However, they were broken. Contacted customer service for an exchange. They responded quickly and were supportive. Offered the exchange, but size was no longer available so they issued a full refund.

Helpful Even After the Purchase
I had an issue with a pair of sandals I purchased over a year ago. Even though the warranty period had already passed, I reached out to the seller and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and willing to help. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I truly appreciate their generosity and professionalism. It's clear they care about their customers long after the sale is made.
