After I had completed my order, I realized that I had entered my shipping address incorrectly. It was past 11pm. I contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they answered only a few minutes later, fixed the issue for me, and even put a rush on my shipment as I told them I needed the shoes urgently. All that at no extra cost.

Purchased a pair from Amazon that felt great! Unfortunately, the strap tore with just a couple wears. Great experience with customer service as I got a quick response to my inquiry and didn’t have to jump through any hoops to receive a replacement.

Just got my first pair, and I LOVE them. Such cute Mary Jane’s and despite what the reviews say, they feel extremely durable long-lasting. Didn’t interact with their customer service, but I can say that their quality is top notch.

I have now purchased six pairs of Dream Shoes ladies sandals. I have worn some all summer and found them to be comfortable and reliable, Excellent value for money. They arrived quickly through Amazon and I will be continuing to purchase more as required. Thank you.

What a discovery! I have found these shoes on shein and they were way cheaper than on their website. They were delivered 3 days after ordering, straight from UK warehouse (delivered by Amazon). They are so light it feels like wearing soft slippers! Absolutely amazing dupe for over £100 Vivaia! Got two pairs, pointed black flats and two tone flat mary jane shoes. Lots kf space for toes, they are not squished inside the shoe. They are very flexible and soft. They are simple yet classy, perfect for office, school, casual outfit. Hopefully they will last long time as well!

I've bought a few pairs now started with a black pair but they were so comfy I bought in cream and also got block heel shoes in black I love them so I just got a second pair to have as a spare I would highly recommend defo 5 stars

I recently bought 2 pairs of sandals from this company for the 1st time. I was slightly apprehensive about the quality I would receive at this price point but tired of spending hundreds of pounds on fancy brands only to end up never wearing the shoes because they were uncomfortable I decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did! They look so much more classy and expensive than the price would suggest and they are so comfortable, something I never thought I would say about heels. I also had a very positive interaction with their customer services when I was trying to source a pair I had seen online but could not find in the UK. Their response was personal, fast, friendly and useful. I would like to add I purchased through Amazon and never returned any items so I can’t comment on the return process but overall I will definitely bear them in mind in the future and will return. Highly recommend them!
