I ordered a ring 45 days ago. Money taken from my account same day. Still no ring or response from company. I would advise to shop elsewhere

How is the quality of the jewelry is it genuine gold? That they sell? I’m very anxious because I’m thinking of buying jewelry for my stepdaughter and she’s highly allergic to fake jewelry.

I have been using dreamland jewelry for 10 years or close. I have never had a bad experience. I have returned stuff. They are professional. I am wearing some jewelry I purchased years ago. Would and have told people about dreamland jewelry. Satisfied customer

I paid extra money for international express post on the 28th July meaning I should have received the items by the 10th or 11th August. No rings, no accountability and now that I am demanding a refund, no response and here we are a month later!!! Dodgy dodgy dodgy!! Avoid at all costs!!!

The pretty Black Onyx Diamond ring and the abstract swirl ring. They are both gorgeous.

As the saying goes, "You can't please all of the people all of the time." Some people, unfortunately, have had their issues while others absolutely love Dreamland. I, personally, am one of those people that loves Dreamland Jewelry. I have several pieces and have been completely satisfied with the craftsmanship of the jewelry to customers service.

First and last time buying from dreamland. They have you pay shipping cost to get the items. If you need to return an item for any reason, you have to pay to ship it back. They then refund you minus the shipping cost for both ways even if the product is defective. Will never buy from this company again. I will stick to Amazon since you don't pay shipping either way.

Inferior product Worse customer service On 3/29/2023 and 4/3/2023 respectively I received 2 rings. Today 6/26/2023 I contacted them regarding missing stones from both rings. I have no idea when the 3/29 ring lost its stone accent. The 4/3/23 lost its stone 6/26/23 Customer Service said I was beyond the 60 day return policy and would do nothing. TWO RINGS that have become worthless junk in less than 90days. I'm not impressed and sorry I spent the money.
