My ring very pretty! Looks like good quality and matches my other rings I purchased different company.

My purchase took weeks to arrive. Once it did… I was so please with my bridal set. Gorgeous! I wanted something to wear without wearing my actual set every day. Within a few weeks, one of the stones fell off on the band. Add another couple weeks and another stone fell out. So, less than two months and two stones fell out. And, I don’t wear this set daily. I don’t sleep, shower, wash dishes, workout, or put lotion on my hands with the rings on. I treat my jewelry well. When I asked the company to do something about it, they replied with “you’re out of the return window, but we will do a one time exception and exchange it for you…at your cost to mail and insure the package.” I guess that just didn’t sit well with me. I don’t feel like I should have to pay for postage and insurance on a product of theirs that is faulty. I doubt I will even take the time do do it. I won’t be buying their products ever again. So, beware… your ring might fall apart quickly and they may or may not stand behind their products. I will go back to the Blue Apple Co. products I can buy on Amazon.

I was a loyal customer till they went from affordable, beautiful jewelry to prices that increased quite a bit. A few years back I got a $100 gift card. I spent it at Dreamland jewelry and got 4 rings. Now that would barely buy one ring. Tiny, thin pieces for $98. No thank you.

I used to LOVE Dreamland jewelry, but that was back in 2015 or so. Now? They've lost their mind! It used to be quality sterling silver jewelry for an affordable price. Now, it's sterling silver and fake rocks for $100+. No thank you.

I ordered a ring. It looks cheap and so fake. I ask if I could return. They said that they do not cover any shipping costs at all. I would have to pay for it. Even it was broken or something wrong with it you are responsible for all shipping costs. Awful customer service do not order anything from this site. Read the other reviews

I'm responsible to return damaged item they sent, no refund. Quality used to be better and prices cheaper. Horrible customer service. Will not purchase from them again.

I recently ordered several rings from this company. I had also previously ordered rings from them over the last few years without issue. This time around, The rings that I received were obviously the wrong size as they were a size bigger than the rings I normally wear and they wouldn't even go onto my fingers. I called the customer service number for the company and explained the dilemma the day after I received the rings in the mail and I was told that I needed to send them back at my cost. I feel this is poor customer service as obviously the wrong sized rings were sent to me and being it wasn't my error, I don't feel it's my responsibility to pay for shipping to return their product. I was instructed if I wanted to escalate the issue to email the company along with pictures, which I did with the received rings as well as rings that I had purchased from them in the past. I received an email back with their stated return shipping policies and nothing else. Not only will I not pay for the shipping and have requested a free shipping envelope yet again, But I will never shop with this company again and I will make a concerted effort to inform all of my friends and family to avoid this company in the future. Don't waste your money. They do not stand behind their products and have terrible customer service.
