I don’t know if this program works or doesn’t but the $27 or $37 for a consult felt like a scam. It was a sales pitch with zero health information. That should be free for people to decide if they want to do the program. I expected to do a true consult and get told specific supplements of his to try.

I loved my Practitioner Tania! This program helped me go to the next level with my healing of Hashimoto’s. I gained knowledge about eating more animal protein. This was probably the biggest help on my healing journey. I so appreciated the recipes for meal planning. I will be using all that I have learned from here on out. Tania also gave me very helpful solutions to help reduce stress and help lower cortisol. The only thing that was a negative, was the Phases/weeks they were saying I was at with the email updates never matched up with where I was actually at.

I wish I would have read other reviews before I got sucked into paying $37 for a sales pitch! I have followed Dr. Axe for years on instagram and have even purchased products from Ancient Nutrition. When I saw the ad on Instagram for a "Regenerative and Precision Medicine Consultation" I was so looking forward to speaking to a doctor who would look over the extensive online form I filled out and guide me on my next steps to take on my health journey. Instead of receiving any personalized advice on supplements that would be beneficial, I instead listened to an hour long sales pitch for a program that "I would be a great candidate for their 4 1/2 month long program" to the tune of almost $8,000!! The doctor I spoke with even told me about the 48 month payment plan I could set up to pay for this four month long program. I felt like this doctor also used a lot of scare tactics to try to talk me into doing this program. I just wanted to write this review to try to spare other people from wasting their time and money. I'm thankful it was only $37 that I wasted but still frustrated that this company is deceiving people into paying for a sales pitch.

I struggled with microscopic colitis and frontal fibrosing alopecia for more than 10 years. I tried eating right, going to specialists, taking supplements that I thought were right for me. After 4 months with Dr Axe's Cellular Health Regenerator program, I got the support and health care that I needed. I have learned so much on this program, which encompasses mind, body and spirit in healing. I am so thankful that God led me here.

I have graduated CHR. I was a mess. Couldn’t sleep more than 4 hours. Couldn’t get out of bed without the help of caffeine pills. I had them next to the bed and took one every morning 30 minutes before I had to get up! Had to redose at lunch to make it through work. My right knee clicked constantly and I could not squat down on that leg. My right shoulder joint had limited mobility and crackled at every movement. Brain fog was insane. I still am not ‘perfect’ but the difference is quite literally a miracle. No caffeine, except tea occasionally, for the past 2 months!!! Sleeping 7 1/2 hours! Waking without an alarm. Walking at least 10,000 steps a day. Knee does not hurt and no clicking when I squat. I can raise my arm above my head without the joint pressure!!! The brain fog is much better, not where I want to be but so much better. Thank you so much to Dr. Michelle Mejia and CHR program! Life is so much better. God Bless you all.

He is a nuisance spammer

I vowed a long time ago to distance myself from traditional "healthcare". My goal is to live well into old-age with no dependence on pharmaceuticals and hospitals. With the overabundance of conflicting information about how to live and eat holistically, I became pretty discouraged going it alone. When I was presented with the opportunity to participate in CHR, it was a no-brainer for me. I'd checked into functional medicine programs before so I knew this would be expensive. But I'm totally worth it. My body, mind and spirit have never been this healthy...ever. I was given support and tools and direction to retrain my thinking and nutritional choices. I've spent a fortune on supplements in the past but this time, all I had to do was to follow the program and take the pre-determined supplements for the appropriate month. It was wonderful to know that well-educated, dedicated professionals had it all figured out for me. I've lost 15 pounds and gained a life I never had before. I am over aggravating symptoms that I had tried for years to get rid of. I have more energy and confidence than I've ever had. I have invested in myself and my future. I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Axe and the team of very well-educated nutritionists who supported and guided me every step of the way. I participated in numerous online question and answer sessions with Dr. Axe painstakingly answering every question to give members the guidance they needed...not to mention continuous access to his team of nutrition coaches and the support of the online FB community that those coaches monitor. CHR quite literally transformed me. I am a totally healthy, new person thanks to this wonderful team. I, wholeheartedly, recommend this program.
