The initial consultation was filled with hope and a listening ear. However, when I declined, I was belittled and talked to in a way that made me think this was a scam. I also love the material, resources and wisdom Dr. Axe has/gives…I really hope this lady doesn’t work for him and that there is more integrity than what I saw today. I left very discouraged and that they were just wanting my money.

1. Pricing on the subscriptions is inaccurate. $.04 cents? Really? 2. The Live Chat button on your Contact Us page doesn't work. When I click on the button the page refreshes 3. Unable to add a subscription on mobile iOS. It worked when I did it from my laptop 4. When I attempt to use my Rewards, I received an error message (sent to you previously). There is always a message about the Rewards system not working, which seems to deceive. 5. Iron supplements gave me severe stomach cramps. I'm starting to question the quality of your products. I highly recommend you pass this on to your tech and management team. I've been a long-time user however I'm considering stopping using your products because of all of the issues above. The website needs a bit more investment due to all of the bugs.
