Sales scam
I had seen some of Dr. Axe videos and saw that he did blood work. The kit came and there were good instructions. It seemed to go smoothly. They ask for your health history and what you would want them to know. At the appointment I believed I was getting my blood results and some supplements to correct things that were wrong from a health professional. It's actually a big sales pitch for an expensive 4 month program (around 8k). If you choose to get your blood work, don't give any of your health information out. Answer nothing and get your results and ask google what to do. The person reviewing your results is just a sales person and they use your health information to manipulate you into joining the program. It was a terrible experience. I have my numbers, but no other information. So I am using other videos from other providers and no longer watching his Dr. Axe's videos.
