I started using the service about 2 months ago and I'm really happy about it. It is so difficult to predict the market especially now during the difficult COVID times and this tool literally saved my business. The number of bookings increased sufficiently when I started using it. A lot of options and settings made my hosting easy and comfortable.

I work for an Airbnb property management company, and this pricing tool is a real gem for our work. Not only it saves so much time without having to manage the pricing every day but - which is more! - it has increased our occupancy rates A LOT since we started using it in July 2020. Even for the low season! I also like the simple interface of DPGO, their flexibility on how you pay (either $1 per booked night or 0.5% of the booked price), and their attention to the details (i.e. you can set up last-minute discounts, weekend adjustments, etc.) Our business has been doing much better with DPGO, and I honestly can't imagine working without it now.

I was hesitant at first to use a dynamic pricing tool, but the team at DPGO set my mind at ease. I love that I am allowed to set pricing rules and booking requirements, so the running of my Airbnb is still in my hands, without requiring daily pricing updates. Their recommended strategies are the ones I choose, and that strategy works within the minimum and maximum prices that I set myself. COVID really knocked my occupancy rates and they've been climbing back to normal since I started letting DPGO manage the price of my listings.

I started using this pricing tool for my Airbnb listings just a month ago. Have to say it really helps to improve my occupancy rates even in November. Also, it has a cool map with all competitors listings in my neighborhood and their occupancy rates. Like it!

Fantastic product, has helped increase occupancy to numbers never imagined and rental income is at an all time high!
