Beware—DPGO Software Caused Costly Double Booking and Nightmare for My Airbnb
I am extremely disappointed with DPGO. Despite carefully selecting only one property for management in their app, their software went ahead and made changes to all of my Airbnb listings—including those I explicitly disabled. This caused a double booking during a weekend that was already fully reserved, resulting in a huge embarrassment. I had to pay the guest $40 (an Airbnb fee) to cancel so I wouldn’t be penalised. Because of this serious flaw, I had to delist all my properties and spend hours doing damage control and reconfiguring everything. Their software should never interfere with listings that were not selected, and yet it broke my settings and caused major headaches and expenses. This has been an absolute nightmare and I will never trust or recommend DPGO to any host. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
