Do not use this company for anything ! I ordered a 22,000 lb forklift for a job we needed to do. They made me pay up front with credit card and once they had payment called me back the next day to say they could not supply what I needed. They did refund my money but then a month later charged $173 to my credit card and has been giving me the run around since about returning the incorrect charge on my card. You try to call and it seems like once you are trying to get a refund they purposely cut your call off or stick you on hold until you can no longer wait.

If you are going to use them....which I DO NOT recommend, make sure everything is in writing EXACTLY as you expect. Let me explain how they work. You use rent with them expecting a certain type/ size equipment. They are a broker who then shops around with every local rental company in your area and finds the closets match for the best price then books it. ?You end up dealing with the local company and they take a commission. You are better off calling the local companies yourself, dealign with them directly (which you will end up doing anyway) and getting exactly what you ordered.

This company is terrible. Do not use or trust them. Company Sub rented a 3.5 ton Excavator from our Store in Space Coast Cocoa Florida. Their client bashed the cab. Broke the bucket and scratched all around the counter weight. for 5 months they have been running us around promising payment. lies lies and more lies. Don't trust this company.

I had a terrible experience with Dozr and would not recommend them to anyone. There is a complete lack of proper service and professionalism across the board. No Timely Service: The equipment did not arrive within the promised window, which completely disrupted our project schedule. No Delivery Responsibility: The delivery process was unprofessional. No Answers: I called and messaged multiple times but could not get a straight answer from anyone about what was going on. No Customer Service: The support team is unresponsive and unhelpful. When you finally get a hold of someone, they fail to resolve issues or take responsibility for their mistakes . They are quick to take payment but fail to deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and rent from a local, reputable company instead. This platform is not worth the risk.

I always enjoy working with Dozr. Anytime I need equipment they get it to me quickly.

The team at DOZR have been great to work with in supplying all manner of lifts for our projects. Our rep, Shane Creekmore, has been very responsive and available weekday and weekends. They’ve have been quick to respond whenever problems arise and have been very helpful in resolving them. They have been a great partner in helping bring projects to completion.

Dozr has been pretty quick to help with our needs and to fix any issues that may arise. Very responsive team.
