I was trying to pay a fastrak.org bill…
I was trying to pay a fastrak.org bill directly online. It was a bridge toll for 7.00. I was somehow redirected to a payment screen for DOXO. I ended up paying 10.99 for crossing the bridge as DOXO charged an additional 3.99. I called Fastrak and they receive too many calls like this to count. Does DOXO have a contract with Fastrak? Fastrak allows direct payment. How does DOXO get away with this. They basically intercept direct payments and charge an additional fee. On top of that, it's taking eleven days to post my payment. Fastrak posts it immediately and for free. What a scam. Who is getting this kickback? If interested in a class action suit, post here. This scam should be stopped!!!!!

Hello Jeff, I’m sorry to hear that you feel misled. I can assure you that is not our intention, and I’d like to try and clear the air with you. doxo provides an online bill pay service used by millions and is associated with many web searches for billers. This is probably the same situation you encountered! It’s also likely that many other people are paying your provider with doxo. You can think of doxo like an online payment partner to both billers and customers like you--one that allows you to pay ALL your bills online from the same, secure account. If we can answer any questions or address any payment issues you may have, please reach out to our Customer Care team on live chat at https://support.doxo.com! Thank you! Best, Lisa
