NOTICE NO REPLY FROM DOVLY!!! THEY KNOW THEY ARE RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC. --READ THIS-- BUYER BEWARE! CLASS ACTION?! They don't tell you in the paid plan they only dispute 1 account a month with the 3 credit agencies. The rest that are disputed are auto set 1 month apart until all are disputed. By my math, with 10 items at 1 a month MAX I would have been paying over $200 assuming nothing went wrong. Creditors will dispute your dispute which will drag your repair into more monthly fees.. The longer it takes the more they make, hence the 1 a month per agency on the paid plan.... I disputed the charges based on this bait and switch but Google found Dovlys credit repair scam was in favor... I guess buyer beware!!!!!

Regarding the dispute process, it's important to note that we dispute an average of three items per credit bureau, totaling nine disputes, not just one per month. This strategic approach prevents your account from being marked as frivolous by the bureaus, which would be counterproductive to your credit journey. Our algorithm, enhanced by machine learning, is designed to optimize the dispute process for your benefit, and it continually improves over time. As for the concept of creditors disputing your disputes, we would welcome an opportunity to discuss this further with you, as it does not align with standard industry practices. We understand the inconvenience caused by Google's refund policies, over which we have no influence. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we're happy to extend an offer for an additional two months of service free of charge, which is within our purview to control. We value our members' trust and satisfaction above all and strive to offer superior service. Dovly is committed to transparency and efficacy, and we are not a "scam" or a "bait and switch" operation.
