**A Waste of Resources** This company heavily promotes its AI tools. However, when confronted with their ineffectiveness, they attempt to justify their services by claiming credit reporting and other benefits, which are often disputed as “free” extras. This tactic is disingenuous, as their advertising heavily focuses on these useless AI disputes. Furthermore, they intentionally delay disputing with Equifax for three months, which is a strategy to prolong payments. This experience was an unfortunate waste of my time and money.
