Thank you for your feedback. All of our supplements are shipped from our warehouse in the USA, with our estimated delivery timeframe to Australia being 7–10 business days. We’re pleased to see that your order actually arrived in less than this estimated timeframe. As a smaller company, we don’t have the same shipping volumes or carrier leverage as some larger retailers, so we’re very pleased when an international order reaches Australia this quickly. That said, we are always looking for ways to improve our shipping options and delivery experience for our customers.
