I love the top notch quality of DoTERRA oils, they've helped me over the years with many health issues, but I think DoTERRA should have something in place where they have their Wellness advocates take a course or a test before they are allowed to sell. The one I have gave me dangerous advice and made me and my family very sick on bad advice. She also encouraged me to sell when I had very little knowledge. She said "I'd figure it out". I also would like it if there were a way to purchase without having to buy a yearly membership fee. I'm not interested in the points, I've got quite a big collection of oils now and just need to replenish a few here and there that I've run out of. My $55 order turned out to be $95 with their membership and shipping fees. If I wasn't so happy with the quality of the oils I would be looking elsewhere.

Ich benutze regelmäßig die ätherischen Öle von Doterra seit über 2 Jahren und möchte sie nicht mehr missen. Seit dann habe ich auch keine Medikamente mehr im Haus. Ich verstehe wirklich nicht wie mann sich über über den Kundenservice beschweren kann!!!! Ich habe in diesen 2 Jahren öfter den Kundenservice kontaktiert und bin total begeistert von der Freundlichkeit , Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Auch Kulanz ist bei Doterra groß geschrieben, sogar auch wenn mann selbst schuld ist daher kann ich die negative Bewertungen hier nicht nachvollziehen 🤔 Das ist wirklich nicht Fair!!! Meine Teenie Tochter ist mittlerweile auch total begeistert und wir haben dank Doterra am Lebensqualität gewonnen. Danke Doterra 🥰😍

Adoro gli oli essenziali, ne uso molti mi sono appassionata di questo mondo! ho provato più marche, doterra sono molto densi bastano poche gocce sono eccezionali! Ma.. con gli ultimi aumenti sono esageratamente cari Spese di spedizione incidono ancora di più sul prodotto..

Consiglio Doterra per tutti i tipi di problematiche psico e fisici perche:Io ho iniziato perché avevo problemi ormonali legati alla pre-menopausa e ad una colite spastica che mi dura da anni, il segreto è avere pazienza e costanza solo così sono riuscita con Doterra a migliorare il mio stato di salute.. I realised how much it truly takes to achieve the purity on the highest level. The plants that are used to produce Dottera oils are grown in their natural environment. People that looking after the plants are local and fairly rewarded. The society they live in is also supported by the company to ensure that the staff that dealing with the plants are living harmonious life, which translates to frequency of the oils. Each oil is tested 20 times, if at least one test fails the oil is not released for sale, thus they are safe to use both externally and internally. Each oil has a barcode that when scanned shows the results of the tests conducted. The aroma and effectiveness of the Dottera oils surpass any in their industry. The effects e.g. pain release it takes approx.10min from application. I tested number of oils on family, friends and clients and every each time they work without fail. I have number of oils and blends that constitute my first aid box.. flu/cold: On Guard, stomach issues: Zengest, headache: Peppermint, detox: Zendocrine, low mood: Lemon etc. The price is comparatively high but it reflects the quality and effectiveness.

Für den lausigsten Kundendienst aller Zeiten eine Minus-Bewertung!! Absolut unfreundlich, beleidigend, unfähig, desinteressiert und nicht geschult! Die Kundendienstmitarbeiterin konnte kaum reden, da die Rotze in der Nase festsass. Sie meinte, dass ihr Kundendienst eMails nicht innert 48 Stunden beantworten könne - drum lassen sie es wohl ganz sein! Dann wurde gelogen und man wollte mir unterstellen, dass ich die eMails nicht wie von mir gesagt, an dem Tag geschickt hätte. Sie wollte mich belehren, beleidigte mich, wusste über nichts Bescheid - Problem nicht gelöst. Ich wollte mit einem Vorgesetzten sprechen, wurde nicht weiterverbunden! Zum Glück gibt es andere Anbieter!!
