Ich kann viele der negativen Kommentare hier ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ich nutze dōTERRA-Produkte seit Jahren und bin von der Qualität und Wirkung absolut überzeugt. Die ätherischen Öle sind 100 % rein, wirken unglaublich effektiv und sind einfach nicht mit dem vergleichbar, was man sonst so auf dem Markt findet. Ein Abo ist übrigens kein Muss – man kann ganz normal über ein Kundenkonto bestellen, wann und wie viel man möchte. Wer mag, kann zusätzlich am freiwilligen Treueprogramm teilnehmen und dabei ordentlich sparen sowie regelmäßig Gratisprodukte erhalten. Meine Bestellungen kamen bisher immer zuverlässig und schnell an, die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen ist professionell, und die Produktqualität ist konstant auf höchstem Niveau. Lasst euch also nicht von vereinzelten negativen Kommentaren verunsichern – macht euch lieber selbst ein Bild und bestellt am besten über eine Beraterin, die euch dann auch betreut. Die Qualität spricht für sich. 🌿

J'ai testé l'HE Balance lors d'un cours de Yoga. C'était magique. J'ai commandé sur le site de Doterra le 23 septembre. Mais je n'ai toujours rien reçu et je n'arrive pas à joindre le service client en Pologne : ils ne répondent pas aux emails ni au téléphone. J'ai payé 41.99 pour un flacon avec le transport. C'est extrêmement frustrant. Tout à fait à l'inverse des effets de l'HE .

I have been a loyalty customer for months now , with each order exceeding 100 euros. One month ago I received a product , specifically their electrolytes and for some reason it had an awful taste, like it has gone bad. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send it back and they will refund me the money and also the transportation costs once they receive it.However after contacting several couriers I was told that the shipping price will be 50 Euros and so I contacted the customer service to confirm that they will pay the costs. However they completely denied what they said and said that I will need to pay for it! Keep in mind the original package price was only 50 Euros this time…I asked them if there was another way to be refunded , either via a discount code , extra credits to use for the next purchase etc their answer was no, they could only give me 34 points.. and when I asked if I can use them on the products I am ordering they said no again! Only some juices and toothpaste! Completely unreasonable They lost a customer!

Keine Ware erhalten und keine Reaktion auf Rückfragen. Auf Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag und Rückforderung der Bezahlung wurde nicht reagiert. Bestellung war Mitte August und bis jetzt Anfang Oktober kein Geld zurück erhalten.

Habe ebenfalls Öle bestellt bei doTERRA eu und ebenfalls Sendung reklamiert! Zunächst sofortige Storno nach Bestellung und nach mehrmaligen Anfrage sei dies nicht möglich ! Ware erhalten und Rücksendung erfolgt nach angegebenen Adresse nach Polen !!! Bis dato keine Erstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgt!! Ist absolut ärgerlich und Porto sowie Kaufpreis weg ! Keine Empfehlung für diesen Shop und bitte keine Bestellung aufgeben !

Commande passée le 11 septembre. Toujours pas de livraison. Pas de réponse suite à des mails envoyés. Je pensais que cette entreprise était beaucoup plus sérieuse. 123 euros de perdus. A qui peut on faire confiance maintenant !!!!!
