I have to say, the services and arrangement here at Dose of Roses is at its best already, there is nothing to improve. I'm satisfied with the quality of roses and the arrangements are on point.

Terrible customer service. Ordered two large orders at the beginning of October... both with rush processing. It’s been two weeks and nothing. Neither has been fulfilled. Neither has been processed or shipped. Worst experience ever online. No customer service... No phone number, no response to their contact form, direct emails, Facebook messages, or responses to their Facebook and Instagram posts. This is fraud and theft. Give me my items, or return my money. I’ve NEVET had such a negative experience as with Dose of Roses.

Jannah has put in a good word for me to visit the website of this shop. And she was right when she said that the services here are very efficient, my orders get to me on time, too.

It was my first time to order here at DoseofRoses and I'm fascinated with how easy it is to process my orders here. No hassle and very convenient.

I made a purchase over a month ago now Been trying to contact anyone but due to negligent staffing i haven’t heard from anyone. Unhappy wondering if my order has even been shipped because I was never provided a shipping number to track my order. I’m in California pretty much 2 hrs max from location with traffic. Poor service. I would recommend using someone else.

I have never seen such beautiful midnight blue roses than the ones here at dose of roses. The tinge of blue and the depth of its darkness is one of a kind, plus they're preserved and could last for years. Cool.

Dose of Roses has such lovely services, their delivery system is quick and very efficient. The transaction process is easy to process and follow up as well.

so much to say about this terrible business.. i bought one of their galaxy roses (for $20, not the total $50).. great deal, right? wrong. i open up the box, and the rose is all plastic, weighs less than .3oz, and has half of the pedals bent and crinkled, but came with a free terrible glue job upgrade.. sweetness. no worries, i'll just retur.... ohp, wait, it gets better! they don't do refunds :) in their policy, it conveniently says, "Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded." soooo, is this the reason their entire site has every product always at a discount? i wouldn't know, only speculating - but what i do know, is i'm out $33 minimum because the $21 for rose, $6 for shipping, the $6 for shipping return... then i'll either forfeit my money because why use store credit at a store like this? or i'll have to pay for more shipping on next "wonderful" product.. this is such a disappointment, i mean, i figured the product wouldn't be damaged, and that's just lame - but NO WHERE on the details page does it say it's cheap @$$ plastic and is basically a larger version of something you would throw away after receiving in a happy meal.. uhg
