HORRIBLE! Products look NOTHING like the pictures or match the descriptions. Order these and rec them with no invoice or shipping return label so I’ve already LOST $22 just to ship back. Asked for a refund and was told 3-5 business days. Then when I wrote a bad review on their site (which wasn’t posted bc it wasn’t a 4 or 5 star) she emails me saying I’ll get store credit. As if I want to purchase more garbage and cheap quality from their site. No where does it say returns will be store credit nor did she (Emily) mention that in the first email. BEWARE!

Poor customer service, shipping speed and processing are ridiculously bad and just so everyone knows everything dose of roses and immortal Flora have are on Dave's collectibles for less might I add. So do not even bother wasting your time

Isn't it obvious when virtually EVERY single one of their 5 star reviews are from people who have never made another review on ANYTHING else?! Check out their BBB report and look at their Facebook comments that have 200 comments but you can only see 10 and they're of course they're raving reviews. RUN, don't walk away from this scam!

Only Leaving 5 stars so it actually shows up on top because all the other 5 star reviews are fake! This website is a SCAM. My boyfriend spent upwards of $200 on a makeup box for me from this site. It said 5 day shipping but when he never reviewed a tracking number he emailed them and they said the order was still processing in warehouse. After almost a month I finally received the product which is no where near the quality explained in the description! The reviews on their website are FAKE and if you try to submit one it will not show up. My $200 makeup box was made of cheap terribly chemically smelling plastic. The “glass” pieces were also plastic, it was broken in more than one place and the design of the entire product was uneven and poor. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
