Bought my mother’s Christmas gift from them they didn’t ship and though I repeatedly emailed them they did not return mmy messages. Would have given minus 12 if possible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!K

I didn't check the reviews on this company. Complete fraud. I ordered my items a week ago and all they did was create a shipping label. Nothing else. Not a single response to any of my inquiries, no changes on the status of the shipment even though it's been more than a week since my package was "shipped." I would not recommend them in the least bit.

I highly appreciate how freshly preserved my rose was. I just got my order today and it was as promised by the description online. The customer care was quick to reply to my queries as well.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FAKES AND FRAUDS. I HAVE SENT THEM 6 EMAILS OVER THE PAST FIVE DAYS AND THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER. They shipped a very late order after I asked them to cancel and issue a refund. I asked 6 times through 6 emails over 5 days.

I bought a few of the roses, my fault for not watching the reviews on youtube first but then It had only been an hour since placing my purchase... how hard could it be to contact customer service and just get it cancelled and refunded? Well, so much for 24/7 customer service i haven't got a response in 5 days and they just emailed me saying my order shipped. The only reason i'm giving them 2 stars is hoping they contact me, or else it'll be one. I'm still waiting and highly agitated, no reason i should have to wait more than a day for customer service let alone almost an entire week

Prismatic love is alive with Dose of Roses' scarlet red luxury collection. Thank you so much for such a beautiful arrangement. I am at awe for its beauty.

I paid 20 dollars for some cheap plastic Rose. Nothing like the picture. Beyond disappointed. It should say as a description that’s it’s made from flimsy plastic and you can see the glue all over it. It doesn’t shine. All wrong !!!

The starry night preserved arrangement is my favorite so far. I am in love with the color and the box it comes with. It was stunning! I like the idea of how it symbolizes unity, infinity and eternity, too.
