I only gave 1 star because I had no other choice. This company is a huge scam. Like many others have stated, I ordered the Enchantment Rose a week before thanksgiving as a Christmas gift for my little girl. It took almost 5 days to get an order confirmation, and I received a tracking number 2 weeks ago, but UPS has still not taken receipt of the package to ship. I’ve tried emailing the seller at least 5 times and have not gotten a single response. I even typed up a strongly worded email demanding a refund for the false promises presented on the website. Don’t let any of these false positive reviews fool you, those are bots that are more than likely affiliated with the company. This company is a joke. Will never purchase from them again.

I order in November... it's December 23rd and still no update. No shipping order#... no nothing! Thanks for spoiling my Christmas gift for my wife and sister in law... Boooo!

“SCAM” not even worth one star. Don’t let 5 star reviews fool you they are generated by paid “scam artists” to throw you’re ordering decision off. The company will charge your card then never send anything but original purchase email. I place two orders before thanksgiving and both ended in same result. Tried every way possible to contact customer service with no avail. Purchase at own risk!!

I ordered the Galaxy Enchanted Rose a week before Thanksgiving, I didn't receive any email regarding my shipment or tracking until 2 weeks after when I emailed them asking for information. Then they emailed me 5 days later saying my package will be delivered in 2 weeks. It arrived today and IS NOT how it is described or looks online, it literally is a flimsy plastic toy rose inside a thin glass container and a piece of cheap plastic base that requires 3 triple A batteries to light up. I am emailing them immediately about returning this and getting my money back, but from the look at the actual real reviews and not the bot ones that may be unlikely.

I saw the "scam" reviews and thought I was in big trouble after a purchase. As it happens sometimes, companies do not plan for the influx of orders around the holiday season so they end up slowing down orders and delivery. My order came to me just fine, however, the order to ship time was 3 weeks. It also took more than a week to receive. I did send these people an email inquiring but didn't hear back. I suppose they're too busy but I'm thinking they're in need of some serious reorganization too.

I just had to say a big thank you to this shop for the reliable delivery and top quality roses. I love how beautifully varied the roses could be and the boxes they come with are well-though of, too.

I just got my orders and the LED roses were exceptional! I can't believe they were that beautiful. Will definitely purchase a bouquet of it in the future.

Sadly in the same boat as many others out there.. ordered over 2 weeks ago and still nothing I ordered a few things off their site at the very beginning of the month and still nothing with Christmas only a few days away this is starting to look bad . I’m really upset the way this company is lacking all sorts of service . Only generic automated emails and no phone number , false shipping dates sadly will have to file a dispute if it’s not here by Christmas I sent Multiple emails addressing this problem and “Christina” replies yesterday stating she’s sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah and that they are working on getting my order shipped out in the next few days and that shipping will take 3-10 business days when they clearly said 1-5 business days upon purchase... Can’t stress enough how frustrated I am of this company , many people spend their hard earned money to buy something for a loved one only to get scammed and treated horribly by a company who is most likely out there scamming people. I will update this as soon as I get a reply. If I don’t get my purchases by Christmas I will be joining the dose of roses scam Facebook page, filing a paymenr dispute, and also filing a dispute with the bbb or federal trade commission as some people have already done so on the Facebook page
