My items have arrived, thanks dose of roses. It came just in time as promised and my items were properly packed. The ribbons were super cute, thanks again.

The Galaxy Rose's are beautiful. The packaging is perfect. One of the best surprises I received.

"Galaxy Roses" are pearlescent, but they are obviously plastic-looking. Additionally, I ordered 6 of these, and they shipped them 2 in each box, and the box is undersized, so they come in warped/crushed. I couldn't use several of them and contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Terrible customer service, cheap product, and poor planning on their part with the packaging. If you order multiple roses, you won't get a box for each one. Way to to save a few pennies on shipping expenses while ruining the product for your customers. By the way, I left a 5-star review for their "Rose Bear" and it instantly showed-up on their site. I wrote a 2-star review for their "Galaxy Rose", and it got filtered out. It seems that they won't publish any reviews on their site that are below 4 star. Way to lie to people. Don't trust this company - BUYER BEWARE.

Not exactly what I expected, but I got it around the 5-7 business days and it looks nice. Haven’t given the gift yet but the rose does look nice. They aren’t glass and material is made to look cool. Overall decent product.

I ordered in November. The email address States that I will get a confirmation number in 2 to 3 days. I just received an order today being January 8. I sent various emails regarding where's my package. No response. The package that arrived today, is an incorrect order. This is a $20 item or so on their site I ordered a $50 item. Quality is very slimsy nothing like described

I ordered the galaxy rose for my girlfriend expecting a heavy and luxurious rainbow rose, and I got a dinky, plastic, & flimsy rose with a what appears to be a very fragile stem that could break at any time. Although I got it the next day after ordering online, the website and instagram page is very misleading. She ended up loving it, and it is a very beautiful product especially when under flash, but I wouldn't recommend shopping here because who knows what else they mislead with their advertising.

WORST customer service EVER!!!!! They took my money in November and I have yet to received my item.. I have emailed them several times and have received NO response. I wouldn't give them 1 star if I had a choice. Order # 88856

scam company takes your money & wont respond to emails or facebook messages inquiring about your order. filed a complaint with the BBB
