i ORDERED 2/4/2020 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEM

I ordered one Galaxy Rose for my widowed mother in Florida for Valentines Day. It arrived on time. It does not light up at all. She tried multiple batteries. DOR does not have a support phone number but supplies an email for customer service. It’s a week. I’ve emailed them 4 times and they don’t have the decency to respond at all. $60 for a disappointing experience.

I just recently bought the chocolate but it accidentally shipped to me instead of my mother's address. The chocolate literally taste like old lady perfume. I havent received the other gift. Its scheduled to arrive Saturday. I'll be back to report.

How do you run out of a product that someone has paid for and then instead of you sending them what they ordered you refunded the money when I specifically asked that you send the order to the person. You say you were giving out $15 gift cards to the people whose orders you screwed up yet when you email the address given you don't hear anything back from nobody. This company doesn't care about there customers just about taking your money. They don't care about giving you a quality product. This company should be shut down cause clearly they don't care about the customer. This is a Donald Trump company you SUCK!! Send me my bear!!

My order never came through. I sent probably 5 emails to customer service and nothing back. Never ordering here again and telling friends and family to never order from here.

I ordered my girl friend some flowers they haven’t came yet an it is now the 19th,I haven’t received anything email nothing I will never ever buy another product from here again it was the worst Valentine’s Day ever I WANT MY PACKAGE I PAID OVER $200 can someone tell me what to do in order to get my package 🤦🏾‍♂️

Seems as if actual customers are giving this company one star and the bots are giving 5 stars. The majority of the ratings can't heavily sit on both ens of the spectrum with little to nothing in between. all of these false ratings should give you a glimpse of the character and work ethic of the people who work at and run this company. Thankfully, I'm not a bot so i'll give you my honest opinion after i tell my story. I ordered 30 boxed eternity roses from doses of roses on the 7th of February. I paid extra for expedited shipping so i may have my order for the 14th. after not reviving confirmation of shipment, I emailed the company which they quickly responded saying that they would make sure that I got it for the 14th. The order never came in and I had yet to see any shipping information. I contacted doses of roses that Monday where I got a response saying that my order was never processed and they will ship it to me. I was offered all sorts of discounts and a 15 dollar gift card none of which i was really interested in as all i wanted was the flowers i ordered for my lady. yesterday feb 17 at noon i received an email with a tracking number. it's now the day after at 630 pm and nothing has been updated ( only saying " label created ") . i spent almost 200 dollars with this company for nothing so far. I'm willing to change my review once my package arrives and i'm satisfied but until then, I will urge you to stay away from this company. If everyone is saying it's bad, it must be. The Item arrived a week and 3 days later. and some of the roses were on the side. they offered to send me another one which I agreed to. THe next day I received an email saying the Item was out of stock and tey issued ,e a store credit which I wasn't necessarily interested in. I emailed them to see if I could just get my money back and I haven't gotten a response in over a week

I ordered a gift for my little girl on the 3rd of February with guaranteed delivery before Valentines Day. I was messaged the next day saying my package was being processed. I received another email from this company on the 13th at 7:30 PM saying that my order would not be delivery till after the 14th. On the 19th i received another email saying my order was just now processed. It took this company 16 days to process a simple order for 2 items. There are a million places to buy these item on the internet, I would suggest you use a different company unless you like waiting a month to receive your items.
