Idk what everyone else is doing but i didnt really have a problem with my redemtion. i cashed out a G it did take a little longer than i wouldve liked about a week but i did get the money. I was already verified and things went smooth for me. customer service was helpful and ive been seeing redemtions are hard to find on the website its literally in top left corner.

I must say after reading all these reviews, I got scared I wouldn't get my redemption, but on my fourth day I got my redemption. I would give 5 stars if only it had instant redemption, but the huge variety of slots and the on platform game to gain more sc and gifts makes me put this platform on my top platforms to play on. I recommend this platform and can say they do payout in the time frame given.

I’m only giving 4 stars because the verification was rough but I did get paid out from this company this morning! I was super worried cause I’m seeing a lot of people saying they haven’t got funds but thankfully I did! I put 2 requests in, one Saturday and one Sunday and received both today at 7am!
