This site is a scam. I won fair and square using their promotions and was promptly banned when I tried to redeem. Lost about 200 dollars because they just ban you if you win. DO NOT PLAY HERE, I didn't trust the reviews and I paid for it. Should be illegal to do this

Weird how dramatic of a difference i’ve had on this site compared to BigPirate. Bigpirate almost became one of my go to casinos, they always paid and were fair. This site, a week after signing up, verifying with all my personal documents, and purchasing about a hundred worth. After that week I make my first redemption and later that night, I see it was rejected. Go to sign in and can’t. Contact support and they tell me administrator have closed my account and this is final. Did absolutely nothing wrong.. Support basically couldn’t even tell me why, and they just pointed to the terms I violated somehow. Disappointing as bigpirate somehow became a casino I like, but will. certainly never deposit with this company again and there is a reason everyone is giving this site 1 star. Similar experiences, and a trend that they don’t like to pay out. Disappointing as the 2 sites variety of games are pretty good and a fun concept for a casino site with their themes. Unfortunately they only want you to play, if you lose. They certainly didn’t like how I was redeeming more than I deposited. Out of the hundreds of casinos i’ve tested, this is certainly one I would NOT recommend and would AVOID. Your money is not safe on here clearly. You can find better casinos out there, search for those instead!

Literally the worst social casino site I've ever played. You can't play a game more than a few spins before it glitches. Redemption process is by far the worst of the 15+ sites I've used. And, you'd be better off talking to a fish than talking to support. STAY AWAY!

Won money fair on roulette, tried to redeem and instantly they closed my account. Had to threaten legal action to even get a refund.

Just when you thought you had seen it all… tried to redeem. Ok. Send ID. Next day send address verification. Ok. Next day send picture of card used. Then next day…. Take a selfie holding ID with our website on a device in the background. What the actual hell!! This has to be a joke

Honestly, the variety of games on here is their only positive - great selection. However, I had to pull teeth to get verified and even though I’m currently verified I am still waiting on my withdrawal of 500. I deposited 2x for a total of 70. After reading the reviews, I’m worried I won’t get paid out so I threatened legal action/contacting their payment processor to file a claim against them. If I don’t receive payment within their allotted 3-business days time phrase I will certainly be doing so. Will change my review if I end up getting paid out. As of right now, 1 out of 5 stars…tread carefully.
