I won $130 and I like to cash out new platforms to see how well the platform does and this is not going well. They canceled my request a few times and I had to speak to customer service many times and the guy I had was very nice and personable, but now it’s 10 days later and I still do not have the money. I even played $30 of it to cash out $100 and changed to push to card. All I get are emails apologizing for the delay. On other platforms when I choose push to card I have it that night or the next day. I hope they improve because they won’t be at the top of my list to play if I even save them to my list of what I play.

No automatic ways to put account on hold, limit spending or to close your account. Their responsible gaming is lacking, you have to email.
