I won legitimately and have been trying to cash out for over 2 weeks. Here’s the runaround I received: 1. My case was “escalated to the financial department” — no resolution. 2. A week later I was told a “manual redemption” was being processed, which would take 3 days. 3. 5 days after that — still nothing. No payout. No real explanation. Just delays and empty promises. I won $60. Went to go redeem and ran into PROBLEMS! 1.Took forever to give me a reason as to why I wasn't receiving my redemption. 2. Logged me off and didn't let me back onto my account, since making the redemption request. Their reason my redemption was cancelled was because I used a different card to get my redemption, thank the one I used to buy the bundle. They haven't let me back on so I can put the same card. I have NEVER had an account and I received a call saying that I had a free gift from them. I informed them that I didn’t open any account and that I had never heard of them. I was immediately told then it was fraud I then checked my bank account and found 3 charges totaling $74.97 on 6/3/26 that had already posted and reported them as fraud to both my bank and emailed them I also had a ton of pending transactions from them on 6/4/26 totaling $1,545.77 they told my from the beginning that they were working on getting this resolved and as of today I still haven’t received my money back!
