Terrible went to cash out,1000.00 win and they wanted my Social Security number so I hesitated, and backed out of the cash out screen and my money disappeared, and No redemption showing . Also, the live chat feature doesn’t work. 100% scammed me good! . Don’t put you personal info in this is not a legitimate sight. If you did I’d lock down all your credit bureaus! Scary

I have been trying to get 2 redemptions for over a month now. They have asked for pictures of me with my DL more than once. Pictures of both my cards on file front and back with all four corners showing ,more than once, and a picture of a utility bill all four corners showing. Since my last names are different, because I got married ,they also needed a picture of my marriage license. They do not want to send redemptions. If it's not one thing it's another. I do not recommend this game site. Never have I had this much trouble receiving redemptions from any other game sites.

Currently I've been trying to redeem all week with no end in sight. They drag their feet for 2-3 days and tell you it's coming and then boom we need this and boom we need that. Support is sooooo bad and so slow. Your VIP host will bug you every day about having a call until you have money to redeem and then he's nowhere to be found!!!!!

Dorados flat out does not want to pay out redemptions. I am on my 3rd redemption and they gave me hell about an Apple Pay pdf of may transactions. I called Apple and got the document and sent it in 2 weeks ago. My redemption was submitted on June 9th. Customer support just says the same thing over and over about relaying the message to the finance dept, who is doing a crappy job. Tread carefully with these folks

Do not fall for it and DO NOT give them your money.Since their customer support refuses to fix it, you have to hit their backend network and payment pipes. If you are trapped, bypass their chat entirely and execute these three steps immediately to force a payout:Email Their Master Infrastructure Provider: Dorados runs on a rented "white-label" system managed by Eshkol Media. Email media @eshkol.com and CC support @dorados.com. Give them a 24-hour notice stating that their integrated checkout gateway (api.payment-gateway.io) is being used to conduct predatory consumer gating and illegal lottery conversion against US players.Report to Google Pay: If you see the Google Pay option on their checkout screen, submit a "Deceptive Merchant Integration" report straight to Google's Trust & Safety division. I've reported them to Google Safe Browsing. I am trying to get the word out so Dorados ( Rafflefy Limited and Big Pirate) will not be able to take anyone else's money. Please if you can.. start reporting. Do charge backs from Visa and Mastercard tell them about the api. payment-gateway.io . and locked redemption button until you purchase ( illegal) .
