DonumaReviews of donuma.com

My music box arrived in great condition and is beautiful. You will not regret using this company.

I've shopped around for custom music boxes online, and BY FAR Donuma proved themselves to be the best at communicating with me so *they* knew what *I* want and so *I* knew what to expect. The post-purchase experience was extremely pleasant, it shipped & arrived sooner than I expected, and looks & sounds wonderful. I only wish they offered 30-note mechanisms for longer & more complex tunes! That said, Donuma is the best shop to work with if you want an 18-note music box mechanism.

Received much quicker than I expected and exactly what I imagined!

Extremely fast and personalized service that exceeded my expectations. The team was super understanding of my desires and made it happen! I ordered through the shopify app and had made a mistake when ordering but they let me use that credit towards another aspect of the project with no hassle at all and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Donuma reached out to me proactively, offered me options when my original request didn't quite work and was generally just awesome. The completed music box was beautiful and met all my expectations.

The custom song was amazing. And it came in way earlier than estimated. They sent a a sample to hear beforehand. The final result of the box and the song are everything I was hoping for.

Customer service was great, the quality of the products great as well. I got exactly what I asked for.

The Donuma team deserves my praise and recommendation for the incredible job they did producing a well-crafted music and jewelry box (Ava) that exceeded my expectations. From initial inquiry communications to the streamlined ordering process to the packaging and solid finished product, it was just WOW. I didn't realize I purchased something much more than a gift until my 2 y/o daughter was holding the music box and pining to hear the music play again. Thank you for that.
