DonorPerfect user since 2003 and increasingly pleased
I have used DonorPerfect since 2003. It is an easily accessible ISP that will meet almost all the needs of small- to mid-sized non-profits. It is affordable and flexible giving you the ability to re-design donor screens and add fields so that it works for your context. In recent years, DP has become increasingly responsive to suggestions for updates from the users. DP integrates with popular add-ons like Constant Contact reducing the amount of data entry. And fund raisers can track their contacts and stay on task with Moves Management and calendar integration. Reporting is far simpler than many other platforms.

I began using Donor Perfect installed…
I began using Donor Perfect installed version in 2008. Since then they have grown tremendously. I have as well thanks to their yearly community conference. The best things about it are the ease of which you can adapt screens to your needs, download all types of reports, apply filters, receipt gifts, and set up on-line forms. And for a small non-profit its affordable. At another job I work with another platform and there is no comparison. The staff is great to work with.

Working with the same person for all three training session I believe contributed to building my confidence in acquiring the knowledge and skills to navigate the program. Love donor perfect and how it allows me to store my donor giving in an easy to use format. I am still learning the reporting, that is a little more complicated to master but in general it is an incredible donor management system. Love it!!

I love Donor Perfect for the flexibility
I love Donor Perfect for the flexibility that it offers. Because of the flexibility, you do need a staff member that understands databases. One thing that has been beneficial to us is the integration with Constant Contact. We are also able to receipt people twice as fast as before. We easily mailed and emailed our donors their tax receipts. We have used it for peer to peer fundraising. The peer to peer could be improved some but it was adequate.

User Friendly and Kind Staffing
Donor Perfect is extremely user friendly and provides valuable information on fundraising tactics. I have been using Donor Perfect personally for a year and a half, and I am completely satisfied. The Report Center can give you quick access to just about any report needed. The support staff are also quick to respond in case of any needed assistance, they're knowledgable with the software and if they are unable to provide help right on the spot, they always reply back soon with the answers needed.
