DonorPerfect is by far the best database for fundraising! I have been using the database for almost 2 years now and it is so easy to use, especially for when using gift acknowledgments and receipts. The best part about using DonorPerfect is the chat and email support from staff and the staff continually makes updates based on user suggestions. This is what sets them apart from other databases. Thank you for your help and for this amazing database!

Donorperfect has been a great addition to our small nonprofit. We are able to easily run reports, manage our donors and streamline our online donations.

DonorPerfect has been great to track our contact information as a smaller organization. However as we look to grow and expand I have found their system to be limiting in functionality from a reporting standpoint, weblink functionality, etc. Sometimes there is functionality available in one context that is not available in another and you have to pay a customization fee each time you want to apply it outside of their box. Our organization is constantly evolving and we need a system that can evolve with us. If we are not able to look into additional and affordable options for DonorPerfect and other integrated services we would consider looking into other donor management platforms.

I love this platform! Very user-friendly and the support staff and friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend it.

I represent a small one person processing office for 2 related, but separate, non-profit organizations. I am admittedly on the "older end of the work force" and definitely not a tech savvy person, but find that DonorPerfect provides me with powerful "tools" that were easy to master and can help me present requested biographical and donor history records in an endless variety of records and reports for my governing boards that are precise, and well, "perfect"! The program makes my work appear pretty amazing! If I need to tweak what I am attempting to do, or receive a request for information that I am not familiar with obtaining from my operational databases, I find comfort in the fact that competent, reliable and timely help is a simple phone call away - at the DonorPerfect help line. I have never had a frustrating or bad experience with this hallmark of the DonorPerfect program - and truth be told, I have often come away with unknown shortcuts and features that I was not previously familiar with, as the rep and I were working through the original purpose of my inquiry. I have found the DonorPerfect team to be supportive and able to meet me at an assistance level that is within my comfort zone and I always come away with more knowledge and support than I ever expected. In a nutshell - I can't imagine doing the job I do with a better software choice than this one - As I said, I find it to be, "Powerful Precise Perfection!

Customizable - I like the flexibility of Donor Perfect. With the ability to add new fields including calculated fields, it's easy to track the last time a donor gave, to what fund they gave and when we last had contact with them. We have a section that shows the total amount given to our active fund, and how much they have given Year-to-date, when they last gave to our scholarship fund etc.. Our development director has all the information she needs to see in one section of the database without having to navigate to different tabs within the database to figure it all out. I like Batch 2.0 as it creates Batch files I can give to our accountant who uses Blackbaud. He can just enter the total for the day, for each fund and doesn't have to enter each gift. Although we can't connect the two databases, having the ability to produce Batch files that have all the information for him in one spot, is awesome!
