DP Community and Learning Center
The DP Community and Learning Center are great resources for everyone, from the beginner to the seasoned user. User updates and enhancements to the system make my job easier too.

We have used Donor Perfect since 2008
We have used Donor Perfect since 2008, as the main user of a fundraising platform i happened to be on maternity leave when DP was put in place and when I returned I noticed there were things that hadn't been moved over etc and that needed tweeking, DP were excellent at helping and doing what was needed. This was before it was web based. There was always someone on the other end of the phone to help. When we migrated to DP web base it was even easier. There is chat online and someone on the end of the phone to help. Now more than ever we can make the interface look how we need to it to look for what we need and it is growing with us.

I highly recommend DonorPefect!
I worked with the DonorPerfect software for 2 years in a previous organization, and when I accepted the position where I currently work, I had to make the change. DonorPerfect is a cost-effective way to manage your donors and their gifts. It offers a monthly billing rate with no annual contracts. Their tech support is second to none. They are extremely responsive (usually within an hour), and their answers to my questions are professional and accurate. Transitioning from another software to DonorPerfect was amazingly easy. Their assigned tech support professional did all the work with pre-screening phone calls, follow-up when needed, with a final phone call to make sure that everything transferred correctly. I highly recommend DonorPerfect over any other donor management software (I have experience with 5 other software programs).

I recently had an opportunity to use tech support. The tech was thorough, courteous and made sure I understood the steps I needed to take get the information in report center I needed in the format I needed. She was very efficient at her job and I appreciated her expertise.
