I have been using DP Fundraising Growth…
I have been using DP Fundraising Growth Platform for some time. I find that it is very helpful to my non-profit and helps me to be more successful.

A very satisfied customer
We are in year three of working with the Donor Perfect software and we continue to find more and more ways for it to add value to our fundraising efforts. While we are a relatively small non-profit, Donor Perfect scales to our needs easily and allows us to stay in touch with all our donors through the Constant Contact interface. The ease in segmenting our donors to provide custom contacts and the straightforward custom reporting are two areas that are extremely beneficial to me. I have recommended Donor Perfect to all the other non-profits that I interface with.

DonorPerfect is user friendly, affordable, and the informative!
DonorPerfect is simple to use. Customer service is extremely helpful and will take time to walk you through the steps to complete a task. I always feel up to date and they offer great ideas on how to expand your vision and meet your fundraising goals.

Great product, support and training
We have used the Support and Training teams multiple times over the past few months. Everybody has been polite, knowledgeable, good communicators and always follows up on all action items. The product is solid with lots of features and easy to use. Very pleased with both product and support/training.

Donor Perfect is a very user-friendly…
Donor Perfect is a very user-friendly system with a ton of opportunity for customization. It is easy enough for the beginner to get started, but has lots of extras for the advanced user as well. While there are occasional issues/glitches (what system doesn't have those?), the support team is constantly working to fix them as well as add new features and improve existing ones. I think this will only get better as time goes on as they seem very responsive to user feedback and are proactive about getting opinions on new ideas from the end user.

I love Donor Perfect’s ease-of-use
I love Donor Perfect’s ease-of-use. They have great phone support that gets me through all kinds of situations successfully. I would like to see a more robust search tool and improvements to reporting.
