Very expensive (more than $5 a day for me). The onboarding process normally begins with a phone call, scheduled, at least for me, more than a week after I purchased the product. Had I not asked for a username and password right away, I would have had to wait. The product is designed to help you raise money, and it does that well, with tips not merely technical along the way. I feel a bit sick spending about two grand a year on software, but I bit the bullet and did it. We'll see...

So far Jorden has been very responsive and quick to get us onboarded...I will be able to tell you more in a week or 2 when I see how well the onboarding process goes...

The process of discovering the best CRM to utilize was easy from initial contact to conversation with the Regional Sales Director to the onboarding. Any information that I needed was quickly shared -- which allowed me to find grant support for Capacity Building to fund two years of the cost right up front.

I've been a DonorPerfect user before, and then when working at other organizations had to use Blackbaud products, Bloomerang, and Salesforce. But none are as intuitive, comprehensive, and flexible as DonorPerfect. It's good to be home!
