I had a great experience with Donahughshop. I originally had an issue with the hinge on my Griffin D6 frame, which became loose due to a structural problem. I reached out to their support team, provided photos and purchase details, and they handled everything very professionally. They quickly reviewed my case and sent me a replacement without any extra cost, which I truly appreciate. The frames that I ordered exceeded my expectations, they look and feel expensive. The customer care team is amazing! I made a mistake with my prescription and the customer service team with able to help with little to no wait time. Going forward this is the only place I want to buy frames from.

Glasses accurate to the images, very good quality and look great

The glasses I received were fantastic. They were beautifully designed and well-made. The prescription I received matched perfectly. There were some problems, though. I'd chosen varifocal lenses. I didn't get along well with them, so I returned them. The glasses were even lost. Not Donahugh's fault, but the transporter's. Nevertheless, they replaced it and sent it to me. It did arrive. My request to ship with UPS, since we never have any problems with them and charge a surcharge, was unfortunately not honored. I would appreciate that in the future.

Excellent value for money. Great, luxurious, quality frames, for ridiculously low prices. The lenses have excellent clarity. Communications are clear and responsive. Delivery is quick. I have just ordered my fourth pair.
