Great pair of glasses will be purchasing two more pairs good weight and quality

I wore the glasses maybe 4 to 8 x in the last 2 years and went to use them and noticed 2 big bubbles in each lens emailed company and they said sorry out of warranty but would be happy to sell another pair at a discount...total junk never again!

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from this company and, unfortunately, had to return them. However, the return had absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the product. The glasses looked beautiful and felt very well made, they simply didn’t fit my face the way I had hoped. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire return process. They replied to my emails quickly, answered all of my questions clearly, and kept me informed along the way. Their communication made me feel reassured and genuinely taken care of as a customer. It’s not often that you come across a company that provides this level of customer service, and I really appreciate it. Even though I had to return my glasses, the experience left a very positive impression on me. I would definitely purchase from this company again and would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Great products, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service!

Very disappointing experience. The glasses are poor quality, and the customer service has been even worse. Returning or replacing an item is unnecessarily difficult and feels like a massive hassle. I returned my glasses because the quality was not what I expected, and the lenses were actually hurting my eyes. After contacting customer service, it took three days just to receive a return label. They received my return three weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my refund or even a clear update on when it will be processed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this site. The entire return and refund process has been extremely frustrating. Be cautious before ordering.

I recently received my second pair of sunglasses from Donahugh and I remain as impressed as I was with the first pair. They have a real quality feel that is every bit as good as designer glasses costing many times the price...and full disclosure, I have quite a collection of various designer shades for comparison. Recommended

I ordered prescription glasses in London and the order was great. Nice high quality frames, but delivery delayed a bit at customs so did not arrive when I wanted them. Overall still 5/5 as they are high quality pair of glasses. Customer service is very responsive.
