Ordered glasses on 5/23. The website clearly stated 5-8 business days. As of 6/18, I do not have my glasses. The tracking number associated with the order shows USPS is awaiting a 3rd party to deliver to them the package of which there has been no update or movement since 6/10. I have contacted their customer support multiple times and have not been given any solid timeframe in which to receive my order. This is a drop shipper and they do not disclose that any where on the site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I Still haven’t received my glasses. I’m in Miami Beach Florida USA. Customer Service is Horrible. They told me to be Patient and wait 2 more days. I’ve already waited longer than expected delivery date. Just be Transparent and tell me what is going on with my order. Don’t pacify me. I hope they are Worth it. I know they are reasonably priced, but don’t offer quick delivery if you can’t fulfill that promise. This is why people use Amazon.

I saw the low trustpilot score and ordered anyway because I really liked the frames. The glasses were shipped USPS. The shipping label was created a week after ordering. The location was a NW Chicago burb. I live about 300mi from said location. In total it took 14 days to receive glasses, and I totally dig them. I've only had them for a day. They seem really sturdy. The script is right on. I used previous digital eye measurements. The blue tint I ordered is perfect for me, medium, not dark or too light. I know I'm not the only one who checks this site on newish .coms. Hope this helps.

Ordered two glasses which I received well within the advertised delivery period. Prescription settings were applied correctly; I am happy with my purchase. The only downside about these glasses is that they tend to slide downwards a bit during sports and other intensive activities..

They have the worst customer service! I bought a pair of sunglasses and then had to reach out to them 8 days later as they still hadnt shipped. Its been almost 20 days now and still no glasses even though I am promised everyday they will be there. Do not advertise 5-8 days and then make the customer call you to ask where it is. You sure took my money with no problem. It didnt take you 5-8 days to take that from me. That is the problem today customer service sucks any more and its ok! We take it and let this BS Stand. BUY YOUR GLASSES FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!!!!!

I know there is a lot of negativity on here, but I can only share my experience. Stylish frames with lenses that work fine, for 107 quid. What's not to like? OK so they're not exactly Tom Ford or Moscot, but those cost £500! Delivered in good time. No dramas for me.

The prescription is completely off. The frames are not bad, if the prescription worked, i would have kept them for the price. Turns out that i only get a small percentage of the prescription cost back- there is nothing wrong with my prescription, I have other glasses with the same prescription and I see perfectly. I am awaiting a return label, not confident it will be received. By the way, doubt the ship from USA, they use a local shipper to mail vianUSPS but the usps label is made over a week before the local shipper, which is no more than 20 miles from my house delivers the package to usps- clearly waiting for the package to arrive from China.

the pair is fabulous, experienced some issues with non delivery, reaction from cs very professional and shipped a second item after investigation.. replacement received within one week…am very happy with the quality and outlook….
