Plastic film a nightmare
It took literal hours to peel off the plastic film that was supposed to protect the pieces in shipping. And some of the metal came scratched anyway. I should have read the other reviews saying the same thing before I purchased. This was not worth the hassle.

I purchased a 10' x 12' metal gazebo...NIGHTMARE
I purchased a 10' x 12' metal gazebo. To categorize this product in a word "NIGHTMARE" is reasonably descriptive. I have built racing engines, race boats, 10,000+ sq. ft. homes, tennis courts, pools, etc. The directions are pitiful, and the fun part is...if you find two pieces that fit...you must stop and celebrate! My Dad would say, looks good on paper. Roofing is impossible. This is a 2 man job at best with a third to chase tool & fasteners. If you fancy yourself a DIYer, hire someone to build this thing. Extra parts is a nice touch.

Well built product!
I had a part that was made wrong in the very first step. I modified it so I could continue and the company sent me a new one, and I was able to replace it. The product is well built and the instructions are clear.

Louvered Pergola
The delivery went well, after 2 cancelled dates. The men who assembled the pergola worked swiftly and had no problems. They thought the quality was excellent, as did I. The packaging was amazing - so many parts in a fairly small package. I am very pleased with the final product.
