no surprise after reading the other reviews.....October 30 2024 in Conway....high pressure gas leak....loud and potential dangerous....took hours even after multiple calls for gas co to show....next day you would think the gas co would let us know about if we were safe.....NOPE.

This is a heartless electric provider whose linemen cater to the powerful,well known people in Batesburg, South Carolina. Recently they provided power to the owners home of Economy Furniture. Yet,everyone else on the street, including the elderly, were left without power for a week after the hurricane.

Absolutely horrible. No power in Virginia for almost an hour now and nothing posted online with updates. I’m not surprised with the 2 star rating. It should be at 0/5 instead

Horrible costumer service. Absolutely no interest and/or ability to resolve issues or concerns - even something that should be completely trivial.

A simple transfer of services turned into a nightmare & very time consuming. First, they transferred service to show a commercial account, after spending hours on the phone, walking around the condo building to find a serial # on the meter. 6 weeks later, my acct shows 0 balance, my landlord calls to advise that HE is receiving a bill?! I've spent hours on the phone AGAIN trying to resolve the issue, passed from one person to another!

New Construction, Dominion admitted the have made exceptions outside of their procedures in the manual on placing meters on other homes, but they would not make an exception because the meter could not be seen from the pole. Yet there are meters placed at the back and sides of houses where there is no clear view of the pole? My particular builder has gotten several exceptions and paid for the extra linear footage for the meter to be placed where needed. I even asked the question if there was a legal due diligence on how many exceptions would be found? He agreed they have done it in the past, "but thats the problem with exceptions and we have given your builder exceptions in the past"

Today is 2-6-2024. Nine days ago, I looked online at my bill, and my usage was at 63 kWh. We felt comfortable with the information that we saw given that we are out most of the time during the week with work and school. Last month we paid $197.00 even though we just moved here from another state and did not move into our apartment until the middle of December. I thought it was a one-off thing. Now, I just checked, and our kWh usage is 638 kWh!!!! In nine days, we, two people, used 575 kWh of electricity!!!! This is outrageous. I have two more days in the billing period. Interested in seeing the bill. SMH. If this isn't high day robbery and fleecing the consumer, I don't know what is.

Terrible customer service!! I would rate it a negative if I could! When you call all you get is the run around!! They tell you to go to website and it's no help either. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!
