I was connected to their service via Namecheap trying to make an offer on a domain name someone owned. I was directed to DomainAgents where they wanted a $20 fee to middleman my domain purchase offer. Their website states if the offer expires they will give you a credit to restart the offer or use on a new offer. My offer expired and I never received the credit. Upon emailing them they said they would "look into it" and then ghosted me. It's now been 2 weeks and they still aren't responding. At this point I feel like they stole my $20. Will not be using them again. Complete scam and lack of transparency. Edit: They responded here claiming I did not reply to their emails. I did. In fact, I sent multiple emails. I will reconsider my review if this is a one-time occurrence and they are more reliable in the future.
