Scam... ridiculous pricing, taking your money while delivering nothing. I'd recommend anyone to go with some other company that charges you only if there's a successful transaction. I have no possibility to even verify if the actual domain seller has communicated with me or if it's all a hoax.

While we were ultimately successful in securing the domain we wanted, DomainAgents encouraged us to overbid by thousands of dollars because it would help them earn a larger a commission. Our final price was 20% of what they suggested our opening bid should be. My advice would be to ignore what your account manager says.

We review all offers when they come in and try to reach out to buyers if we think that their offer might be too low based on our experience. It's always up to you how you want to manage your negotiation. New TLDs like this one have less historical sales data, so it's harder to judge what it might sell for.
