My item has not arrived despite ordering three weeks ago. No communication from seller for ten days. It looks like this Christmas gift will not arrive in time.

I ordered a set of gnomes, each one was mailed separately with days in between. Seems like a waste of money for the company. Other than that now I received the last one they are nice but the price I was not expecting gorgeous

Items never arrived. Just noticed no tracking number on order. Customer beware!!!!

I have not gotten my order yet and would like to find out where it is? My order was close to 200 dollars and that is quite a large sum of money for me. my order was placed on 12-03-19. I have now received my order. The Quality of the products is very good and I am satisfied with my Purses and wallet I ordered.

Company does not communicate. I have requested information twice on timing of receiving my order. I was ignored. I received automated canned responses that did not match my questions asked. Very disappointing.

Extremely poor communication...as in NONE! Item ordered was overdue and Dolorey was unresponsive to my requests for information.

Absolutely Beautiful bag. Great strap. Right size for me. Used a ruler to check measurements before I ordered.
