I have not received my order as of yet, nor have I been notified when I can expect it. The tracking app & tracking # show my order had been in Fremont, CA since the day I placed the order. I sent an email several days ago asking for information as to its status, but have not received a reply.

I ordered 2 bags in January. Received them in April! One of the bags was fine, the other one was horible: two two part of the bag on the top had different width, the zipper was awry, the bag was deformed because was half full with paper and box it came with was smashed. The color was not red, like on the picture, but purplelish. The outer plastic bag had numerous old, partially removed stickers, like the bag has been returned few times by other costumers. I paid $129.99 for a very poor executed item!!! Sent two emails with photos to Customer service requesting a return. Still have not received a response. The next step will be to call my bank and to submit a claim. Daniela

The product is beautiful. However, the shipping took entirely too long and I did not receive a strap for the bag so I am locked into carrying it solely by the handles and not over the shoulder like I prefer.

Disappointed. I ordered a purse earlier in 2019 and I loved it, is was the perfect size, color & quality. I had my beautiful purse stolen in Chicago and reordered a replacement December 1 and received it December 31 and it was the wrong color, too large and the quality was as good. I also ordered a wallet to match my tan toned purse; however, it is red toned. I would like to send it back for at least an exchange but don’t believe I can send it back to China.

Company does not communicate. I have requested information twice on timing of receiving my order. I was ignored. I received automated canned responses that did not match my questions asked. Very disappointing.
