The premium silicone material is great but disappointing depending on your personal preference
The premium silicone material is excellent; it has a realistic feel! However, I was disappointed after I used the Jiggy Booty Onahole for the first time. If you're the type of guy who likes soft but firm toys, you may want to consider something other than the Anna jiggy butt onahole. On the contrary, if you want to try something different than the standard sex toy or if you like soft and squishy breast, torsos, or asses, Anna Jiggy butt may be for you. Furthermore, I under-estimated the Jiggy butt onahole because it's considerably heavy. The original product weight was 36lbs, but it increased to about 40lbs after the gel was added. As a result, I have some trouble lifting it when I want to use it. I have some regrets buying this product, so I'm looking for something else to potentially replace it 😕 Besides the material and usage, customer service at Pimpdoll.com was exceptional good 👍The representatives were friendly and polite and most of my questions or concerns were answered in less than 24 hours.

Thank you for adding more details about the product to your original 4-star review. We appreciate the additional context and are especially glad to hear that you had a positive experience with our team and found our customer service friendly, responsive, and helpful. Since DollPimp.com is a retailer, we offer many different manufacturers' products. Each company will have different materials, styles, weight and firmness. We know that some products may not suit your needs when it comes to how soft or light they are for you to handle while you use them. We're glad you were impressed with the realistic feel and quality of the premium silicone, even though Anna ultimately wasn't the best match for you. If you're looking for something different, feel free to contact us before your next purchase. We can look at some of our other brands that offer lighter and/or firmer materials. Maybe we can find you something that you like a bit more. Thank you again for your feedback and for your kind words about our customer service! ✅ DollPimp Team
