Dear Warren, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have three email ways to contact us which are posted on the website. They are: [email protected], through "contact us" on the website and the owners direct email which is [email protected]. Unfortunately we do not have an email from you on any of those addresses, thus we could not respond as we did not know you needed clarification. You can also contact us by calling 808719006. You were given a refund to your credit card on the day the order was mailed which was Nov 26. Our best wishes for a Happy and Healthy holiday season! Mary Ann

Thanks Kimberly for writing the review. Glad you appreciate the fact that we try to be helpful by using a gift box since we know shoppers have plenty to do without searching for a box that fits the items. Our best wishes for a Happy and Healthy Holiday season.
