Quality of the clothing is average

I hope this gets a response from you. I have already responded to your confirmation email and emailed through your web site via contact us. I did not receive my full order of doll clothes. My granddaughters birthday has now come and gone and I didn't have the whole gift to give her. Here is my email...Hello Ms. Walsh, I have received the package of Doll clothes. Thank you. I received 2 of the same pairs of shoes by mistake I believe, but trying to navigate the website to try to find out about a replacement was difficult at best. Couldn't really get to a "contact us" point. I am not sure if replacement Barbie shoes are on the way to me. The fact that this item was very inexpensive is why i am not actively pursuing the issue. Also , Covid 19 issues are causing delays at the post office, so I am being patient

The pants and shirt with this outfit are nice and appear as they do in the picture. The hat is okay but a little flimsy. I would have given a higher rating but at the time that I ordered this item (they have since changed the posting) it indicated only that the doll was not included. I assumed that since shoes are a part of an outfit and it wasn't noted along with the doll that they were not included, that I should have received the shoes also. There were no shoes and I was later informed it wasn't a part of the outfit. They updated the listing now so it indicates doll AND SHOES are not included.

I ordered three outfits. Price was great but ship time was about 2 weeks. Quality of product was about what I expected for the price. There was one thing that I had to add a couple stitches to. It looked like the machine skipped a couple stitches but not a big deal.
