I placed an order on 4/1/2019 and the estimated delivery date was 4/12/2019. They claim that the order would be shipped to the store within 10 business days and that is a complete lie!! I checked on the status of the order a few days after placing it and found that the estimated delivery date of 4/19/2019, an entire week later. I called 1(877)530-8733 regarding this sudden change and I was reassured that it would definitely be there by the 12. Low and behold, 4/12 comes and it is not there, nor do they communicate with me that it was delayed. It doesn't arrive until 4/19/2019, just like the new "estimated" date stated and when I contact them to complain they are no help at all. At first I thought I was emailing a computer because I kept getting a generic message that it was "the delivered status and should be ready for pick-up" multiple times which was annoying in itself, but when I explained everything again, and requested some type of compensation, it was ignored, all they kept doing, without even acknowledging my requests, was offering to call the store and have them put the order back on the sales floor and issue a refund. Totally unacceptable!!! If you can avoid buying from them, AVOID IT!!!

DONT EVER WORK FOR DOLLAR TREE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK IN THE DISTRICT KATY AREA, RUN BY THE DM KENDRA. SHE IS A WOMAN WITH AN ATTITUDE, NO SELF RESPECT, AND TALK TO THE EMPLOYEES LIKE TRASH. THIS COMPANY MAKES PEOPLE GO BACK TO COLLEGE TO GET A BETTER JOB. BOBBY BROWN, KEN, AND KINDRA ALL CORPORTE EMPLOYEES SHOULD SHOVEL UP GARBAGE FOR A LIVING. THEY HAVE NO MANNERS, NO CLASS, AND ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE. DOLLAR TREE JUST HIRES ANYBODY.....LIKE THEM.

If someone does not take charge and inspect the Dollar Tree, 67th Ave & Peoria Ave in Az. they will not be in business much longer. Until about 4 or 5mths ago they were a great store, clean with a wide variety of merchandise. In the last 3mts, they have about 2 people on the floor, it is dirty, the shelves are empty and dirty and it looks like something from a 3rd world country. They have a great business and I cannot figure out what has happened. It actually makes you not want to buy anything there because it is so dirty and unorganized.

Someone needs to get to the dollar trees in lake city Florida and straighten it out! The one on main NEVER has shopping carts available, there are only a few in the store and the employees use them to restock. The cashiers there are never friendly. Yesterday I went to the one on 90 since I never could get lucky enough to get a cart at the other one, they were out of bags, empty shelves, the store looked like they were ready to close down. There was 8 people in line with 1 cashier and no other employee in sight. It's a sad situation.

The New Rochelle NY is a Waite of time. The only merchandise is on pallets . Nice emty shelves throughout the store.its been like this for the past 8 months.hire a stocking crew and get a real manager.

Worst customer service ever! 3 weeks, 3 calls and 4 total hours on hold. I called about a broken piece in my order and after three different ‘our policy is’ I am stuck with a new 4 pc glassware set of 3. Not acceptable! It’s now January 28th and I requested that the company be notified of my posted complaint. I haven’t heard from the company or gotten a refund. I at least expected them to reach out to me to see if they could clear up the problem. I stand by my “Worst customer service ever!”

Dollar tree is a horrible company, owned by a man, who doesnt give a damn about his company. Working for dollar tree is not a career, but a place where you can make extra money. They hire anybody for management, who does well at the job. Employees dont show up, and dont care to work there. They also dont give their employees any type raise for being for a long period of time. They want you to be cashier, stocker, cleaning crew for $7.35 hr in houston tx. The stores constantly gets robbed and dont pay you for your dramatic experiences. Like I said treat that job as a secondary and not a permanent.
