The Dollar Tree in Newburgh New York (Rt 300) is a crap hole ( would not allow me to write Shi*)..I have called corporate and complained several times..it does not matter what day or time I go, it’s a mess..From dirty doors and floors when you enter the store to merchandise all over the floors, miscellaneous items shoved in the wrong place, liquid and powder detergent all over the floor, piles of miscellaneous merchandise piled all around the registers.. I wish I could post the pictures I took last week.. it’s up to the store manager to run the store but every time I go in there, he is not there!!! I would like to be contacted by corporate so I can share my photos...

This is for the Dollar Tree in Edgewood Maryland. This Dollar Tree is one of the worst Dollar Trees I've ever been to. The people are disgusting they have nasty language the management is horrible the store is trashy. They close early all the time when they're supposed to close at 9 p.m. one day I went there and they were closed at 6 p.m. it's just a very disgusting nasty store I would not recommend anyone to go there. I've never been in such a nasty disgusting store and don't worry about if you want to steal anything because their cameras don't work anyway. The employees and management all curse on the job in front of myself and my grandchildren. I even watched one of the employees spit on the floor. Hold onto your purses and hold onto your wallets really tight.

I live in Georgia and shop dollars trees frequently. Today I stopped at store#7156 in Hinesville, Ga. After locating all my items and proceeded to check out, the line was pretty long. Myself and a few other customers was discussing the fact that on a Sunday afternoon and only one clerk. The clerk Eddie was outside, and when asked if there was anyone to help. HE BECAME VERY RUDE, AND UNCONCERNED OF THE ATTITUDE HE HAD. Even, began to smerk at me. The young lady was very apologetic and eased the others customers. Everyone was appalled at the actions of one of your associate.

I went to the Dollar Tree store in Crystal Lake, IL to do a return (wrapping paper, bows, and ribbons). Instead of issuing me a cash refund, cashier "Jamie" charged me for everything. I asked her "where is my cash?", she didn't really know what to do. Then the store manager came by and told me that they will only do exchanges for returned items. Why didn't Jamie tell me that? I told Jamie that she had a "duh" moment, and then both ladies told me to shut up. I have never in my life been treated so rude, and by BOTH women??? What ever happened to "the customer is always right?" I think that Jamie should have been written up and warned, since she does not know her job.

i got scammed out of a couple dollars. Expect all electronics too be non-functional . No refunds after scamming people like this is very scummy.

Dollar tree has the worst customer service. I placed an order online on May 19th got and email on May 28th that it had shipped and would be at my store on the 30th. I call my store on the 1st because had no updates and still not in. Was told to call back on the 6th. Called customer service and they could not answer any questions on where the order was and would not cancel my order. Never again will I use Dollar Tree direct.

The dollar tree in Kenosha Wisconsin on 52nd street is horrible. Filthy and not stocked. Will never go back to this one. The 3 women employees were all standing around. I went in for a gift bag. One on the pegs and nothing where it could be reached. I had to use the shelf to stand on. I will go to the others in Kenosha where the shelves are stocked and the place is clean. And may I add I had to step over garbage to get in the store. Apparently there is no store manager.

same issue as everyone else bought a bag US dollars, of course, they take the money lucky it was PayPal this was a gift that is now late for gifting Then no email to contact so I lodged a dispute with Paypal then I get an email from them saying it's on its way and a week later still not here PLUS their email is bouncing back this is the last time i will buy any sponsored add shopping on line im over it !
